The lifestyle-led configuration of our beautiful residence makes it perfect for groups travelling to Auckland, with private rooms for all. Depending on your individual needs, you are welcome to book just one of the two floors, or the entire house if that fits your brief.

Thoroughly updated for modern living but still in possession of so many of the heritage elements common to homes of its era, The Village Reserve lies on the edge of Grey Lynn Park and is just minutes’ from the action on Ponsonby Road and West Lynn’s cool bars and restaurants.

Grey Lynn Location

The house is situated in the heart of Grey Lynn, directly opposite much-loved Grey Lynn Park and just down the hill from the bustle of West Lynn village. Wander through the leafy Grey Lynn streets to retail, cool cafes, quirky bars, and critically acclaimed restaurants, while younger family members will love the park’s well-known pump track, and access to fields and pockets of native bush.

If you’re keen on self-catering, there are a variety of great supermarkets close by including boutique-style Farro Fresh, organic store Huckleberry and Countdown. There is also the local Grey Lynn Farmers Market every Sunday.
